A customer’s Idealpos loyalty program is connected to Impact Data’s digital marketing application TalkBox. The data of all customers is analysed and added to the account daily. Based on profile information, loyalty metrics and whether a customer has visited we may trigger a message to get them back to your business.
You will need to be on Version 9 and have 2D scanners to scan the member card. Other Idealpos loyalty features can drive your program like adding online ordering, digital screens, kiosks and even a loyalty app.
Fantastic, your Idealpos Reseller is able to sell you the upgrade and support you locally.
In order to drive engagement and retention, a successful loyalty program needs to be able to communicate with customers when they are not on-premise. The reminder of the value of the program via email and SMS can drive customers to loyalty rewards more quickly and keep your brand top of mind.
